- Refunds are only available for unused, unworn items with tags attached.
- Return Postage is NOT included, we suggest using a tracked delivery service ( such as Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For) This is the most cost effective method. You MUST retain proof of postage incase you need it at a later date. Please Note* After notifying us that you wish to return your product, you then have 14 days to return the goods. Returns received after 14 days will NOT be accepted
Important Detailed Info : We want you to love your purchase, if for some reason it's not for you, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the original order.

Our returns process is simple & easy we aim to please, All refunds are processed within 48 hours of the goods arriving back to us. They will be inspected & then your refund will be actioned subject to this policy.
Please take extra care when trying your items on, especially if you have previously used tanning products or applied make up etc.
Goods returned must be undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached. Where goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition an amount might be deducted from the refund to reflect the amount by which the value of order has been reduced.
All items must be unworn, in a resalable condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packing. All returns are inspected.If the returned goods are found to be faulty, defective, or not the ordered product, we will refund the total cost of the item plus the original postage. We unfortunately do not refund original postage costs if a buyer has changed their mind or if the item does not fit.
All return postage costs are non-refundable (Unless the item is faulty) and we do not currently offer pre-paid returns.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting, or have not followed the recommended returns instructions.
Please note that as permitted by law, the maximum refund on delivery cost will be the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method). For example, if we offer delivery of goods within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the goods delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.
Items returned will be refunded for the amount paid at the time of purchase.
We do offer exchanges, you will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first. Once received we will contact you to arrange an exchange. If you wish to return an item, simply email us [email protected] quoting your order number and we can provide you with all the info you need.

Please note: Our returns service is fully flexible within 14 days of receiving your order, unfortunately, we are unable to accept return requests after 14 days of receipt.
