Our returns process is simple & easy we aim to please, giving you peace of mind. 

Upon receipt of your product, you have 14 days to advise us that you wish to return your goods, then a further 14 days to pop them back to us. Once received we aim to process returns within 48 hours, however during busy periods this may take a little longer. 

  • Goods returned must be undamaged, in their original  packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached. 
  •  Where goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition an amount may be deducted from the refund to reflect the amount by which the value of order has been reduced, such as instances where the item has very clearly been worn, has stains on it smells of perfume.
  • Please take extra care when trying your items on, especially if you have previously used tanning products or applied make up, strong perfume etc. 
  • All items must be unworn, in a resalable condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packing. All returns are inspected.If the returned goods are found to be faulty, defective, or not the ordered product, we will refund the total cost of the item plus the original postage.   We unfortunately do not refund original postage costs if a buyer has changed their mind or if the item does not fit.
  • All return postage costs are non-refundable (Unless the item is faulty) and we do not currently offer pre-paid returns.
  • In the unlikely event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting, or have not followed the recommended returns instructions.
  • Please note that as permitted by law, the maximum refund on delivery cost will be the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method). For example, if we offer delivery of goods within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the goods delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.
  • Items returned will be refunded for the amount paid at the time of purchase and to your original payment method. 
  • We do offer exchanges,  you will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first. Once received we will contact you to arrange an exchange. If you wish to return an item, simply email us [email protected] quoting your order number and we can provide you with all the info you need.

  • Please note: Our returns service is fully flexible within 14 days of receiving your order, unfortunately, we are unable to accept return requests after 14 days of receipt. 
  • After notifying us that you wish to return your product, you now have 14 days to return the goods. Returns received after 14 days will NOT be accepted.
